Finish your summer strong with a powerful detox to prepare your mind and body for the upcoming fall and winter.

Mentally, a great detox can bring about new ideas and a fresh perspective. Physically, it can bring fresh blood flow to the body, create movement in and around our organs to aid in digestion, stimulate our metabolism, and release tension in our spines.

This workshop will help you cleanse the mind and body of stagnant energy and reset your intentions for 2017.

In this workshop you will:

  • Learn the mechanics of how to safely and skillfully get in and out of Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow pose) and Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana (Revolved Half Moon pose)
  • Detox your mind and body with a 50-min yoga class full of twists and folds
  • Sample fresh and detoxifying juices from our friends at Pressed Juicery

This workshop is also a great opportunity to get a more one-on-one approach to your practice - it’s kind of like having a private yoga class with us!

Workshop is open to beginners as well as more advanced students.

Have you ever felt stuck in life, with a certain thought or habit that you’re trying to break away from?

To literally turn yourself upside down can be a wonderful way to break a thought pattern or routine and invite some new insight into your life. We understand that arm balances and inversions can feel intimidating, and even inaccessible at times. That’s why we’ve have teamed up and dedicated an entire workshop to helping you start/strengthen your inversion practice!

In this workshop you will:

1. Learn the mechanics of how to safely and skillfully get in and out of Bakasana (Crow pose), Sirsasana (Headstand) and Salamba Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand) 
2. Break through your fears and internal barriers (because, let’s be real, going upside down can be freaky!) 
3. Turn your old habits, quite literally, upside down.

This workshop is also a great opportunity to get a more one-on-one approach to your practice - it’s kind of like having a private yoga class with us!
